Mileage Capture and Audit

In a nutshell, we reduce your fuel bills by accurately recording and auditing your employees’ mileage and fuel expenditure.

Our award-winning service is centered on an easy to use online system and/or mobile app where drivers log mileage.

The mileage is then audited by our in-house data audit team. This process typically reduces the cost of mileage claims by an average of 15.4%, this equates to an average saving of 18.06 pence per litre.

This process not only works to highlight and correct the discrepancies, but it further works as a deterrent, to stop drivers exaggerating their claims.

Our award winning service Compliance+, is a proactive, inclusive and comprehensive occupational road risk and duty of care management service.

It provides a service that improves safety and reduces costs. We do this by aggregating and interrogating your fleet data to gain a complete view of driver behaviour.

We couple this data with our traditional programme called Visa to Drive which is an employee self serve tool that uses TMC’s App based software, along with our team of expert auditors to collect, collate and verify employee documentation to fulfil your duty of care obligations.
