Due to continued growth of the business, we are looking to recruit experienced call handling & customer service professionals to help sustain the increased demand in business.
Our Employee Service Role is paramount to us, not only do we ensure we provide an excellent system, but we ensure there is a dedicated services team to support them.
As an Employee Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact and will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the highest-level customer experience
- Handling enquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner via telephone, email and live chat
- Recording all essential information accurately and relaying to the relevant department
- Audit Reports
- Continually seek to improve methods and processes
