TMC Administration

We are hiring!

We are on the lookout for new faces to join our Administration team. Data is crucial to our web and mobile platforms which are used by thousands of drivers each day, and our administration team are at the heart of it all, by ensuring the driver data is accurate and up to date.

As a TMC Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Data entry & data maintenance – keeping our customer accounts up to date
  • Recording all essential information accurately
  • Handling email enquiries
  • Fuel card administration
  • Ensuring the highest-level customer experience

At TMC we invest in employee development. Full training is provided for the role and ongoing product knowledge is supplied.

We are looking for someone who displays the following skills:

  • Data entry and typing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Organisation and multitasking

This would be a permanent, full-time role with typical working hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude throughout the department and are looking for individuals with similar characteristics to fit straight into our team. We are a social group right throughout the company and our sports and social club regularly like to organise fun events and activities for us to do.
