Employee Service Advisor

Due to continued growth of the business, we are looking to recruit experienced call handling & customer service professionals to help sustain our high level of customer service.

Our leading edge technology and systems are enhanced by our dedicated employee service team who support drivers using our system.

As an Employee Services Agent, and the first point of contact, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring the highest-level customer experience
  • Taking calls and enquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Recording all essential information accurately and relaying to the relevant department
  • Email & Live Chat
  • Continually seek to improve methods and processes
  • Audit Reports

We invest in employee development and full training is provided and ongoing product knowledge is supplied.

This is a permanent, full time role, with typical working hours being 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
