Customer Service Advisor – Multi-lingual

TMC are the UK’s main mileage capture specialist and due to growth of the business we are looking to recruit experienced Customer Services professionals to help sustain our excellent customer service as demand for our services continues to grow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking calls and answering emails from users of the system by assisting them in entering mileage, system navigation and payroll queries.

Our Employee Services is paramount to our clients and users, and makes our business unique in the mileage capture industry.

As we continue to expand into more markets across the globe, we are ideally looking for candidates who have an additional language of one or more of the below:

  • German
  • French
  • Spanish
  • Italian

As a Customer Services Advisor you will be responsible for the following:

– Ensuring the highest level of Customer Services at all times.
– Continually look for ways to improve customer relations.
– Supporting employees with their queries
– Audit mileage and fuel data

We invest in employee development and full training is provided and ongoing product knowledge is supplied.

This is a permanent, full time role, with typical working hours being 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
