Employee Service Advisor

We are hiring!

We are on the lookout for new faces to join our dedicated Employee Services team. Our web and mobile platforms are used by thousands of drivers each day and our service agents are at the heart of it all, in assisting users with day-to-day queries by telephone, email and live chat.

TMC continues to grow internationally as a business and therefore we are looking to recruit for an Employee Services advisor with experience in call handling and customer service, to assist in maintaining accounts and assisting our system users.

As an Employee Services agent, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking calls and enquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handling email and live chat enquiries
  • Recording all essential information accurately and relaying to the correct department
  • Ensuring the highest-level customer experience

At TMC we invest in employee development. Full training is provided for the role and ongoing product knowledge is supplied.

This would be a permanent, full-time role with typical working hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude throughout the department and are looking for individuals with similar characteristics to fit straight into our team. We are a social group right throughout the company and our sports and social club regularly like to organise fun events and activities for us to do.
