A five-strong TMC team headed to Luxembourg in October for the 2025 edition of Fleet Europe Days!

This is an excellent event that we at TMC have exhibited at in the past and our International team members have visited for a number of years. This year, the decision was taken to once again take an exhibitors slot and showcase all that TMC has to offer.

Safe to say… decision well made!

Our team not only had a fantastic time, but found their time networking, meeting new faces and catching up with old friends incredibly useful and worthwhile.

The group consisting of Angus Leeson, Gemma Icke, Mark Turner, Charlotte Groos and Barry Monks were able to take in the Geotab Connect event on the Wednesday, fully immerse themselves in the Fleet Europe Village on the Thursday at the Fleet Europe Summit with the TMC stand and chat to many wonderful visitors about TMC solutions and our global presence, supporting businesses in optimising their cost, carbon and compliance for every mile or kilometre driven.

There was also plenty of opportunity for the guys to ‘have a wander’ and experience the Fleet Europe village for themselves, chat to other exhibitors and attendees.

Angus Leeson, International Sales Director, had this to say.

“Fleet Europe Days was packed with positive meetings. New technologies from TMC showcased the power of data analysis, whilst we also were able to discuss the hot topic of EV with various people. EV charging strategies like the new TMC EV Charge Card and the home energy reimbursement solution were big talking points, with the majority focus for businesses being cost control and efficiency.”

Angus Leeson joined by colleagues Mark Turner and Barry Monks on the TMC stand.

Gemma and Charlotte also attended the ‘Inspiring Women in Fleet’ breakfast on the Thursday morning, prior to the kick off of the Fleet Europe Summit.

Gemma Icke, Managing Director, said:

“We celebrated the success of so many strong, courageous, and trailblazing women in our industry. The session opened with a heartfelt story from Annie PIN that truly resonated with me. It made me reflect on my own journey and how the past 12 months have been some of the most challenging yet transformative, as I’ve learned to find my place again, this time in a new capacity: as a mum.”

Charlotte Gross, Senior Account Manager, had this to say of her experience in Luxembourg after her visit to Fleet Europe Days.

“AI was definitely the big theme this year. There’s a lot of excitement around how it can be used to make fleet management smarter, safer and more efficient. Sustainability and digital transformation were also major talking points, with plenty of mention about how fleets are evolving to be more connected and data-driven. There was lots of focus on using data better and turning insights into action.”

The event came to its culmination with the Fleet Europe Night and Awards and we must congratulate all of the winners. The team had the opportunity to let their hair down and socialise after a busy but rewarding couple of days. A successful trip with much to ponder upon our return back to TMC House. Congratulations and thank you to Fleet Europe and Nexus Communications for a wonderful event.
